At COLD CULTURE™, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your order isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is protected from damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
